Camp Director and Co-Director's
The camp director is John Kerr, the head coach of the Harvard University Men's Soccer Team. Tracy Kerr is the co-director and is the former head Women's Soccer coach at Providence College and the current girls director for the FCGB Bolts club and coach of the GU17 2006 National Finalist team.

Our staff is hand picked by the directors for their experience in teaching, for their knowledge and passion for the game, and for their demonstrated abilities to motivate young players. Past staff consisted of men's and women's NCAA college coaches, professional players, the Irish World Cup Assistant Coach, and players for the nations elite colleges and universities. In years past there were appearances made by Revolution and Breakers' players where campers were given a chance to ask questions and receive autographs from the special guests.

It is our camp policy that the coaching staff, along with the age group directors, will have discretion to select camp grouping on the basis of age, ability, and safety. Every players will leave the camp with a written evaluation from a staff professional.

Goalkeeper Training
The academy strives to provide fundamental training with an emphasis on skills and tactics. Goalkeepers in the academy will train with goalkeepers in their age group for two sessions per day and will join the teams for full-sided matches in the evening. Each goalkeeper will receive a written evaluation at the conclusion of the camp.
